I am working endlessly with the distributor to get them released as soon as possible. I expect within the next couple of months. At the very latest, by the end of the year.

As a small business, I do not accept returns at this time.

All products are checked over for the highest quality prior to being dispatched.

However, if I may have missed something, and there is a quality or an order issue, please reach out to me and we can discuss further.

PDF Printable Files: After taking a Xerox copy, I recommend to laminate them if possible for longer use. Laminating papers can last up to 6 years.

Montessori Mats: Each mat / sign is made out of a cotton canvas material. To keep the fabric fresh and not risk the ink transferring or cotton shrinking, please DO NOT wash. Only dry clean as needed. Or else, I highly recommend to put it in the sun for a few hours to air out.

Wooden Products: Our wooden products are made out of 100% natural, high quality wood. We recommend do not expose the wood to any harsh chemical sprays, wet wipes, or water soakage. To keep the wooden products nice, we recommend wiping down with a very minimally wet cloth and then drying with a second dry cloth after. Or, I also recommend putting the wooden product in the sun for a few hours to disinfect the wood and keep it fresh.

It will take up to 2-3 weeks for an item to come back in stock. If you are waiting for an item, reach out to me, and I will do my best to help you further.

If you have just placed and order and would like to make changes, quickly reach out to me to discuss those changes. I will do my best to accommodate.

However, if your order has already shipped and it is with the courier. Then unfortunately I am unable to make changes.

Depending on location and country, on average, your order will take between 5-7 days to get to you.
