For the child that is building something, and they need to leave their toys for a moment, have them grab this stop sign and put it near to their set up. 
This stop sign signals to the other kids in the playroom / classroom that "I am just leaving for a moment, please do not the toys I am playing with. I will be right back."
For the other kids in the room, this stop sign signals to them that this is a NO TOUCH ZONE and they wont be allowed to play with these particular toys.
